    when it's -10C/14F I let it warm up for 5 minutes, -20C/-4F for 15 minutes and -30C/-22F at least 20 minutes to warm up!

    I used to have some very good cold weather gear for riding my bike in 20F weather, but not at present. Quilted down inner/outer wear covered with thick leather will keep you pretty warm. Nose, toes, and fingers were always a problem though, but now you can get electrically heated socks and gloves, not to mention a heated seat and handle bar grips. :lol:
