    She only looks that good with makeup. Even when Avril was close to Chloe's age she couldn't look as good as her..... I'm only basing it on their faces though since chloe is underaged

    Well the majority of celebrities arent nearly as hot when you remove all their make up. Rachel Bilson is the only celebrity who doesnt need a any make up to look amazing. Theres a reason why just about all celebrities hide their faces from the paps when they leave their house without makeup on.

    You gotta remember, these are pictures. Avril doesn't really look as bad as all that without makeup in real life, but cameras are a bit distorting. This is why both women and men wear makeup on camera.

    I would say Chloe is prettier, but I like Avril a bit better because she's older. Give Chloe a little time and she'll eventually blow Avril away. I do like most of Avril's music, though.
