    The funny thing is that there are several hickory trees in my neighborhood that drop their nuts in the streets.....very easy to pick up several hundred to save for charcoal grill fires.

    The day crew screwed up (long story). Last night we had 50 percent more work than normal. That's why I got to the repair shop late and only got a few hours sleep. What a night.

    A very dear friend of my ( now deceased) used to get the damaged traffic control cabinets and convert them into smokers.....a real American guy.

    Well, I spent about 4 hours working in the back yard today.....good day except that I ran over my leaf rake with the lawn mower....mower is fine, but the leaf rake isn't.....so I just got back from Home Depot spending $17 for a new rake.....then decided, what the hell, stopped by the liquor store and got two liter bottle of 100 proof vodka, then the minute mark for a swisher sweet cigarillo...:D
