I usually stay away from J/K's posts now but I have to say that calling Avril Lavigne underrated or in need of more exposure or success is tantamount to not even thinking about what you are writing.

Take a look at what you are saying J/K.

You say she is underrated yet she regularly appears on top 100 hottest girls lists all over the world.
You say she deserves more love yet she is still in her twenties and is working on her fifth album.
You say she needs more exposure yet endorses many products including her own clothing line.
You say she needs more success yet she has sold over eighty million records.

I know you babble on and repeat the same two or three phrases in every thread and about lots of different girls, but try and actually take a think about what you are posting because most times, you just don't even make any sense.

 

Fair enough,but has she a record like Adele's last record or Taylor Swift's or Katy Perry's which tied Michael Jackson with 10 #1 singles,or other artists like Britney Spears.Madonna,Mariah Carey,Whitney Houston etc. Plus how many of those awards she hhas won have been Grammy's?

Nowadays Avril outsells Mariah Carey, Madonna and Whitney Houston (??? not been a singer for years and you include her). She has had major success with all her records and sells multi platinum of every release.

And even if all the singers you mentioned destroyed her sales wise, it still wouldn't matter at all. You mention some of the biggest selling most successful female artists of all time and try to imply that if you can't outsell them that somehow you aren't successful? Like I said before, eighty MILLION records sold, scores of awards and nominations, film work, endorsement deals galore, her own business, her own clothing line and all by her mid twenties. How many other of the 3.5 billion girls in the world have managed that by age that age?

Again my apologies,Avril is one of my favorites,she just hasn't achievied the kind of success that I believe warranted to her,but she has gotten alot of acclaim,I agree!

 

? First, you don't say "again my apologies" if it's the first time you apologise. Secondly what level of success do you think is worthy of a girl in her twenties who has sold 80 million records and is has 50 million dollars in the bank and is world famous and sells millions of each record she puts out?

I don't know what all the fuss is about. It is so blatantly simple. Although Avril may be a popular artist among her peers it is ironic that she cannot sing.
