    I read a book by another one of the girls (not Kendra or Bridget) but she talked about how Holly was a total control freak with the other girls (and Bridget was kind of a nut as well). Evidently Hef enjoyed Holly's BJs but found the whole "puffin" thing annoying, so eventually he just let her go. It should come as no surprise that the whole Girls Next Door show was fake. Holly has set her sights on Hef and Bridget set her sites on being in the magazine and Hef set his sights on the dozen or so great looking women who were always around to f*ck.
