    The wife is paying for a project here....from her substitute teaching earnings....so I have something to keep me busy for a while. It is extending the concrete lanai slab ten feet for the full length of the house....some 87 feet, plus an additional amount to connect the walk way to the driveway (thru our fence/gate). I need to do some quantity calculations, construction details and specifications before I start getting prices. We are doing the concrete work first, then with have a brick surface placed on top. Saves money to break up the project like this.

    You always wonder why someone would take their own life.....though, sometimes there is good reason. I have had about three friends do that as they were looking at a painful and terminal disease. At least Trickle did not commit the act at home for his family to find.
