speaking of the broke girls.. I have some cupcakes in the oven

 

put some rhubarb in them.. not bad I must say

 

I never got to like rhubarb. I tried though.

 

When I was a kid it grew in the garden. Maybe I'd like it as an adult.

 

it gives a "sting" to things, like something that you wouldn't expect in a cake. though sometimes it's just horribly sour so it's required to add lots of sugar to balance it out

 

Just add sugar

 

I think I'd need a lot of sugar.

rhubarb isn't always that sour and since cupcakes and sponge cake already contain a lot of sugar it's perfect to add to them

+ it's good for constipation

oh man, stressful day. one of my Guys didn't show up all last week. had to draft a termination letter.

but on a great note, I paid for my ticket to pick up my Baby from May 31st return on the 1st! so excited!!!
