    I retrieved a food slicer from my sister that my parents got around 1962. The suction cup feet were rotten and I have been working on replacing them. Obviously, could not find anything related to a replacement as there is no make, model, etc. info available. It is really nice as it is all chrome except for the 6 inch diameter blade. I have an electric food slicer, but it is such a pain to clean I don't use it. I plan on selling it. The one I have is hand cranked, so to clean it, you just either put it in the sink and spray it, or take it into the back yard and blast it with the hose. No need for detergent in the clean up unless you sliced meats meats.

    I have one of those too.....use it often and have about 8 disc plate blades for various thickness and different grating sizes. However, does not work well for slicing onions or tomatoes.
