Saying a VS model has curves is the height of absurdity. Excepting Adriana Lima, they haven't since the late 90s, maybe. Whenever they ditched women like Laetitia Casta for stick figures who can wear the pushup bras they hock.

For the skinny body VS models have they have amazing curves, in fact Candide,Doutzen,Barbara,Miranda all have good to great curves than for their frame, Lima used to have curves when she was very young before she joined VS.

I agree; we need to make sure everyone understands the difference between "HQ" and "big".

 

I can buy that with Upton. It's why I like her so much. Waist up she is amazing... Waist down its non typical. Probably a nightmare to shoot. Candice and kerr are outstanding models but i cant say they are curvy. Stereotypical look? Yup. But for an example, candice is practically flat in her bikini pics... Thats not curvy... Its like polar opposite of Kate.

Indeed. I'm always back and forth with Kate Upton. Sometimes she looks great, but usually it depends on the angle. If you shoot her straight from the front you see that her body looks like a door. Pretty wide and straight, with no curves. And just imagine if she slips a bit with her weight and gains a couple of pounds more. I'd say she's already on the edge of being "too wide".

Don't get me wrong, she's a beautiful woman and she deserves to be out there making mad cash, but from a body point of view she's just not a "model". Look at Candice Swanepoel...that's the epitome of a model - at least in my eyes.

 

Disagree... get a curvy girl without breasts and all of sudden she is not that curvy. The measure three areas, and if one is lacking then the whole curvy thing is probably not going to work for that girl. Bust, waist and hips... Candice, no breasts, not as curvy.... Kate low ratio from waist to hips... not as curvy. Her breasts make up for it tho... and probably why I put her in the "curvy" category.

It's good that different people like different things, so if she's your fave, good for you. Personally, I don't get it. She's not my style at all; blonde and just looks inflated. Wide, swollen belly and huge hips and floppy breasts. Basically Anna Nicole Smith part 2. She'll weigh 160lbs in 5 years.

Kate Upton is so fucking hot despite the lack of curves. Her stomach to hip to ass ratio is all wrong and fucked up but she is still scorching hot. It's like Rihanna or Britney with their gigantic foreheads. Despite the obvious undeniable flaw, they are still hot as hell. And by the way all those VS models posted earlier in this thread have amazing curves despite being skinny.
