I have a feeling she has difficulty accepting mainstream H'wood's requirements of most young actresses i.e., sexualized roles, revealing outfits, etc. She often presents herself as an strongly-avowed feminist. Also, several things I have seen suggests that she is a lesbian (not that it would prevent her from appearing in movies, but maybe limits what she is willing to do). :2cent:

 

She has been steadily making movies. Ten movies since Juno (2007) and two more in pre-production.

 

For Ellen Page fans, her recent film The East, was out this past Month. I think it only played to select screens. She does a nude scene, where she is laying in a grave completely naked, as well as a scene where she is in a lake, with her back turned. Apparantly, there was a long skinny dip scene, that got cut. Best case scenario, the scene will be put as a bonus on DVD. A real good film, by the way. Not a 4 star, but a 3 star at least. The other girl steals the show. But, Ellen is always worth a watch!!!

Seriously, though, some have been, but she also did Woody Allen's "To Rome, With Love," along with several larger movies like Inception.

YESSSS!!! Best News I've heard all week. I sat through The Tracey Fragments just to see a glimpse of her naked body, so I hope in this new film she shows a lot more. While I don't agree with her a lot of her political views, watching her last Daily Show interview was difficult to say the least, she has that cute F*** the Sh*t out of me look, similar to Lexi Belle, that drives my crazy. Given Ellen's 5"1, two inches shorter than Lexi Belle, she would be an excellent spinner.

Hey chuckdee, hows the lighting in that The East nude scene; bright or kind of dark, please tell me Ellen's not dead in that scene?

After doing a little research, I discovered this is the same film Ellen was talking about in that Daily Show interview. Interesting. On Mrskin's site he doesn't saying anything about Ellen being naked, but I did find a site that had a very detailed interview with the film's director and he expand that the first scene they shot was Ellen nude in a hole and then he went on to talk about the skinny dip scene; so it seems Mr. Skin in slipping in his old age or need to hire some better employees.

The East DVD drops Sept 17, if anyone gets an advance copy or it happens to be available On Demand PLEASE let us know if the director kept Ellen's nude scenes in or not. Scene caps would be appreciated as well. Thanks in advance.
