    After having some experience with the fake ones myself, I found them to be awkward. Not only are they not attractive, they are not fun to play with at all. I was afraid to squeeze them. It cuts out a major element of the foreplay (and post foreplay for that matter) if you can't have fun with the tits.

    That's been my experience as well. Every implanted breast I've felt just seems hard and unlike how natural breasts feel (which, as we all know, feel like bags of sand).
