Religion aside, all I know is that if I ever got a chance to bed Laura, at some point in the proceedings she would be yelling "OH GOD, OH GOD, OH GOD", anyway, that`s the way it goes in my fantasy. Love them redheads.

I think some people are reading the first page of comments and then skipping over and missing the warnings.
Even a mod commented towards the religion on the first page, so it may be a little confusing.
Sometimes I don't read an entire thread.

I know rules are rules but just to throw this out there, I enjoy the discussions and hearing what people have to say, it's entertaining. I know, I know, take it to the other section.

Just sayin.

 

Unless those people respond the very next post after the mods warning...good of you to think better of your fellow man, but unfortunately the reality is sometimes, some people are just that clueless

That is a valid point. It is possible to skip to other parts of a thread and miss such a warning by accident. It's best to scan back through a thread to where you last left off beforehand and then comment.

I do appreciate those types of warnings though when a thread has gone too much off track, because derailing is easy to do, whether it's intentional or not.

 

Food for thought. I'll give some real consideration to the possibility that people don't see the warnings later on in the thread. Perhaps a mod edit in the OP referring to the fact is in order.

 

Yeah, some kind of indicator that a moderator has made a comment in reference to a guideline, maybe an exclamation point somewhere that when you click on it a message is displayed. This is especially important for threads that are larger, where a comment could go unnoticed easier.

 

I'm in agreement with that. And although certain topics are considered off-limits, I think that some degree of banter should be allowable, even if it means going against the opinions of the majority of the crowd - freedom of speech and all such. Unless somebody is being wildly inappropriate, I still believe that dissenting points of view should be allowed. :2cent:
