    It's a perception trick. The camera is on the ground slightly angled to look up at them. Pulling their legs up adds to the effect since they're only jumping like three feet vertically.

    Taylor has talked about how she loves jumping on the trampoline in her yard (which is where these pics were taken, I believe). I assumed she's jumping on one here, and that the trampoline is just below their feet just out of the photo. But you may be right. Or it may be a combination of the two.
