    About 3km. The problem is there aren't enough households to offset the cost. Even through phonelines, they will not upgrade equipment for the same reason.

    I wonder... I have seen this thing on almost every program there is when a gun or rifle is portrayed and tested, and I bet some people are gonna be pretty bummed when they get hold of a gun and fires it for the first time and realize that the object doesn't explode when hit
