    Her nose is especially f'ed up. I hate these plastic surgeons. Notice how they only ever convince the world's hottest women to change their perfect looks.

    Meanwhile they have less interest in leaving their botched mark on average looking women.

    Those images aren't exactly definitive. I mean, she looks great in all four images.


    The minor bit of rhinoplasty aside, I would suggest that most of the change you see in her face is a result of aging. She's not as young as she used to be. We all get older, get used to it, it's gonna happen to all of you too and the results may not necessarily be kind.

    I have to disagree. I think she's had more than just minor rhinoplasty, but also a facelift at the very least. I also don't think her altered appearance is the result of aging, but rather it was aging that led her to alter her appearance.

    This is another classic example of a woman in her 40's trying to stay relevant in Hollywood. Not her fault, but I think that is closer to the truth.

    If you are going for rhinoplasty, at least give Blake Lively or Zac Efron's surgeon a call. Instead it looks like she had a coupon for Michael Jackson's plastic surgeon. :(
