    It's a Marvel Movie, while Disney doesn't own it, doesn't mean everything Disney owns is kiddified, Miramax is a good example, they produced Scream, The Crow and Pulp Fiction all while being owned by Disney. Disney is a mega corporation not just some mouse ears.
