    This is absolutley the best part of the week the few minutes Before you pass out in the bed and drift away to Saturday. Complete and utter relaxation i even have my cellphone off.

    Because i havent spent enough time working on it. Sure i can come up with lots off excuses but bottomline is that im part of the TV and computer generation. A lot of sitting down and poor posture. I shouldnt complain really im not overweight that is atleast something.

    Pretty much. Its really bad this time of year but i try to get out as much as i can during the weekends. also i have started working out at a local gym im determined to get some grip on my back now.

    You have too get that passion for it otherwise its not gonna get you anywhere so i dont blame you Magge. Im doing it to build up my back, but if your healthy and without any major problems why bother with it? Its gonna cost you 300 too 600 Swedish krona and you can spend that Money on something else.
