    It is the host apparently. By quoting the post, the BBCode looks fine. And, when viewing the page's source the proper html for the image is displayed. Screenshot:

    But, you don't see anything because of something on DYP's end. If you open the URL for the thumb in a new tab, it redirects to their homepage. It would seem that, according to them, it doesn't exist. Maybe it's some temporary error or maybe they deleted it. But, it doesn't look like anything you or the Phun mods could fix. :(
