    Leg is slowly improving, but I am laid up for all practical purposes. Pain is down, but still uncomfortable. Leg is red, brown, blue, purple, yellow and colors in between from the top of my knee to my foot. It looks like it will eventually get back to normal. :)

    Hope you are enjoying your nephew's visit.

    picked up some nice pork ribs and cooked them for 2 hours yesterday. he loved them

    so how did you hurt your leg? I only heard about it.

    I tripped and fell on a large tree root....the root hit was about two inches below my left knee. It hurt at the time, but I carried on for a few hours before I was aware of the swelling that was happening.....that was about 1 PM on Thursday afternoon.

    I have never had this type of a reaction from a blow to a shin before....may have something to do with age. :dunno:
