    She's just a woman who has extremely well developed muscles from all the training and playing involved in being a pro tennis champ. That's not a gender change. It's also possible that there was some steroid enhancement, as has been seen in many athletes. The steroids used for building muscles could make a woman seem more mannish even though she had no intention of doing anything more than body building.

    It does make me laugh that just because a woman has a bit of strength and muscle definition, as required for... you know, being an athlete, she's suddenly a post-op transsexual or hermaphrodite or something else other than a 'pure' woman. It's no wonder women's sport isn't as high-profile as men's when they get this kind of abuse for being in shape :|

    Dude, go visit Venice Beach, Calif. Casually ask the women bodybuilders (and guys) if they are on PEDs. They will openly and proudly tell you. Now compare those women to Serena, not Venus btw.

    PED testing in tennis is way more a joke than any other sport. I'm surprised more women players don't do $teroids, quite frankly.
