    I heard back in the 90's that Hef also votes on the PMOY and his one vote counts as 100,000 votes, so he basically gets to pick the PMOY himself. Usually, the runner-up is who the fans pick. The best example of this was when Lisa Mathews was crowned PMOY in 1991 and Pamela Anderson was voted runner-up.

    To sarasson007's point, I used to be a huge PB fan, but I haven't kept up with anything from them on the net or in print in over 10 years, I just don't follow them anymore. Too many cookie-cutter blondes being featured that catered to what Hef liked ended up turning me away.
