Polish flag and Polish national code on the license plates, Polish language signs, I don't know the girl's nationality, but chances are the pics were taken in Poland.

 

A little more true detective work and we should have the girl's phone number before the summer is over. I'll skype her first.

regrettably the pictures were probably taken quite some time ago and one does not know what time and prolonged exposure to the sun will do to a persons skin and features.
