    Wow. I certainly understand the stance to remove the pics, as I would not want to be the target of the legal shitstorm that would surely follow.

    That being said, it seems Allen's people would have trouble arguing that those pictures are not in the public domain since she flashed a crowd of thousands of people in a public setting.

    Guess that's why I'm not an attorney. I am a slave to logic and reason, and those have no place in the legal world. C'est la vie.

    RRM has no legal issue with any other picture being used and breaking said copyright restriction across the internet (for years), but one picture of her snatch (her most talented asset) and they are in a tizzy. The amount of hip deep hypocrisy from her and her people never fails to astound me.

    I'm shocked her PR didn't also claim she was under 18 when the photo was taken as well to get it removed, though I guess that only applies to selfies :roll:

    The argument here, would be if they paid to enter then its' not a public event, and when they purchased the ticket it probably has some small print saying the all images are property of the Lily Allen's Cute Vagina Legal Team (LACVLT). I'm sure they know it's not possible to remove it completely from the internet, but it can stop being in on the front page of the biggest websites.
