    'Footeball' was played and known in lower England during the 16th century.
    Soccer was a known name for the same sport during the 19th century to avoid clashes with other various sports such as rugby football but the sport was still known as association football.

    The game they are playing Is Association Football First Played date is 1863 in England...

    It is called Football it is played predominately with your foot and a ball... No arguing that is FACT!

    American football is a interpretation of Association Rugby football Union Dated 1871 England...

    The main difference is Rugby is played by athletes with no protection and American Football is played by Fat blokes in full body armour because they don't want to get hurt....
