    I wouldn't go as far as saying the video of her shaking her ass isn't worth seeing. I agree it's not amazing but if your a big enough Kate Upton fan it may be worth it to you. It's a short shake and profile view, not a full on twerk from behind view like I would have hoped but it was still ok.
