    Yes the 10% meaning has falling out of being the most widely accepted meaning for the word for a few decades now at least. While technically yes it can mean that anyone who is saying that in this (or most ) context(s) is just nitpicking it wrong on purpose, or a time traveller from the past.

    Yes, exactly. The literal definition is the one being sworn here as the only definition, which is definitely not the most common definition used today--at least not in the U.S. However, instead of insisting it IS the only definition, it's twice as easy just to Google it than it is to sit here and claim falsities, especially when there is Thorne teet on the previous page.
