    A lot of actresses wear a "cover" over their pubic area for full nude scenes. Typically in these scenes they show full rear nudity and topless but want to be sure that "that" area is covered up just in case (or because they don't want other people + cast on set to see it). Usually we don't see the cover because the camera doesn't pan to that area. It's clear from these self shots she is being very careful so you don't see tits and pussy even though she is fully nude, so there probably isn't anything there that shows those parts. Still very nice shots though.
