    It's not just visually. What women don't get is that fake teet can't be manipulated. A man can't squeeze them the same, can't suck on them the same, can't appreciate them the same. This puts up a boundary that is difficult to cross, especially when you go to open up that treasure chest and find nothing but rocks.
