Marisa Tomei was 40 (in Factotum) when she gave us her first glimpse of her puppies, and 42 when she really let go in Before the Devil Knows You're Dead, and her body was freaking incredible!! i know they subsequently released her topless footage from Untamed Heart, but i found her sexier at 42 than 28!

so if 37 yr old Emmanuelle chooses to nude up in the next 5 to 10 years, i'll still find her just as madly arousing as i have for the past 5 - 10!

For any good looking woman out there, I believe it is a combination of shame ("personal"), greed ("strategy") and reluctance/aversion ("personal"). Fwiw, there are special cases. I think Natalie Portman will never ever be visibly nude (=frontal) in a movie because of her own choice. She was photographed topless when she was a minor. If that does not teach you, what will. Same goes for Jennifer Lawrence and lots of others who had their stuff leaked.

In Emmanuelle's case, I think she had a different upbringing maybe, but this is just speculation based on her tweets.

I get what you're saying, of course it wouldn't be the same now than if they did it in their prime. But it would still be nice to see them naked later on than never at all. I guess it depends on how much you're willing to wait for a certain celebrity to get naked. Some people have a shorter time limit, while others are willing to wait a bit longer.

Possible, but that's a stretch. All teet are somewhat asymmetrical, with the examples provided as not being conclusive as to them being abnormally asymmetrical. I'd personally need to actually see her topless to judge if that would be a valid reason to not see her topless.

Difficult to say as in both pics her left shoulder is also noticeably higher so she isnt stannding level. No where near as lopsided as Emma Watson

 

I just picked a couple of cleavage images at random, but there are plenty more where those came from. And yes, posture and arm position can be contributing factors in how breasts hang.

But again, I was just postulating about why she may not want to do a full frontal topless scene. Her reasons are her own, and I am not privy to them.
