Interesting that she did this shoot for Esquire Bulgaria given that her boyfriend is the Bulgarian tennis player Grigor Dimitrov (he's actually a few years younger than her). I'd say on that front, he seems like the the kind of guy (i may/hope i'm wrong) that wouldn't mind if she did a racy shoot. But a full nude? Highly unlikely, her career has been way too successful for that and way too much money to need to do it. The only hope is that she perhaps decides towards the end of her career to do it to show off how sexy she is or is talked into it by Grigor for "fun" / "coolness".

Every year they have those ESPN nude photoshoots for sports stars from different fields of sports - i could for instance perhaps, maybe, see Grigor and Maria for fun doing a shoot (since they pick out a male and female from each field). Even that may be too hopeful though..who knows..

I agree with what you said. Every year I hope Maria or Ana Ivanovic will appear in ESPN Body Issue and every year I'm disappointed. If she's not at least willing to pose semi-nude for that kind of shoot, how will she ever show more?
I think the only hope we have to see her naked is some kind of paparazzi or leaked pics...
