    I'm gonna say that they're real. I think she has some chicken fillets pushing her breasts into the middle to achieve some cleavage. You can see from angled shots that the breast isnt full on the outside.

    When she hosted SNL in 2009 and she was flat. She was 20 then. She has bigger boobs now and she is in better shape. Girls boobs don't get bigger in there 20's especially if they lose weight.
