    Not hating, just asking - but how does a person with a criminal record get to go to other countries so easily. To the best of my knowledge she has not been officially pardoned. Does the UK and the EU have some sort of diplomacy pact that allows this? :thinking:

    She doesn't have, to my knowledge a felony, just a long run of misdemeanors. The UK does have laws against entry of known felons, I guess that they don't against her type of offense. I also assume that whoever is paying her way takes care of visa problems, etc. although admittedly I am not sure of the visa status between the US and UK. Many Celebs seem to travel okay (with the occasional glitch, I remember about 20 years ago Paul McCartney was denied entry to Japan because of a drug arrest in his past but I think that's been cleared up) despite legal problems. Money and fame smooth over a lot of stuff, for Lindsay so does a rich guy who wants her company.

    Americans don't need a visa to visit the UK and vice versa.

    Look up how many musicians have been denied access to the US because of being charged with drug possession in their past. If you have a record, you usually have a problem. :!:

    EU needs no VISA anymore for USA....and the same goes for USA.As said above only if there's a court order not to leave the country you can have a problem with visiting another country!

    Obviously if you have some issue it's going to be a problem. Also, with musicians, if they come on a professional basis they'll likely need some sort of work visa.
