    I doubt Katie is legally permitted from disclosing details about her marriage and divorice. I'm sure at some point she signed a Non-Disclosure type of document.

    I think it's much more likely that Tom had Xenu put a spell on her, where she became conditioned to believe that the Galactic Confederacy would come for her to unleash the power of the Thetans upon her soul if she ever spoke about what she knew.
