I think some people have been tricked into thinking that hard saline implants are the only kind out there. In fact, silicone has been back on the market for more than a decade, and is way more natural. It's less safe than saline, but if you want your tits to look like tits instead of steel welded onto your chest, you should go with silicone. (Saline is where the "chest ripple" you see in the most obvious cases of implants comes from)

The movement here is about the same as in the gif.
