    It's obviously a video shoot of some sort. The photos seem to have been taken with a cell phone camera, note the "noise" in the enlarged versions. Meanwhile there is a guy with a video camera in some of the shots. it was shot in a Hotel room. That however is all I know, why on Earth she is standing in a bathtub with a birthday cake I have no idea.
