    For years Vogue and Anna Wintour kept this really snooty. Once she had to let Kim K in because of Kanye its like she isn't interested anymore. The guy in skeleton costume though....dude, it isn't Halloween. Nicki actually has one of the classier dresses which is really kind of scary (when you compare her to GaGa or Taylor or Selena).
