    They actually addressed that this season on Sex&Drugs&Rock&Roll. She essentially says she can't smile because she looks like a deranged chipmunk and if she doesn't, she has perma-bitchface. It was awesome. I love that she has a sense of humour about all of the shit people talk about her.
