    I did. It told me:

    1) People don't lay on concrete to tan.
    2) Instead, they put something under them, like a towel or pillow.
    3) The color matches the pillows on the bench on the left, not the water.
    4) Somebody who does photoshopping would never be both a) so bad as to think this would pass as real, if it was intended to be water, AND b) still paying enough attention to keep the blades of grass sticking up into the supposed shopped region.
    5) As many other pics have shown, that's what her back looks like when she arches it.
