    This was sarcasm, about only doing a rectangle layer over the boobs for an xray instead of doing the clothing contour properly. Past debate here on phun, not a so big deal but the thing is, that after reviewing and analysing in photoshop the work this guy did here, without going in details, i came to the conclusion that he simply fake the nipples, so these pics would be better suited for the FakeRay Thread.
