    Feels a bit bad for all parties involved in this mess. You would want atleast some sort of decision on whether he is a criminal or not. In a broader sense maybe they should have waited a few months later to gather more evidence. Innocent until your proven otherwise i guess but it doesnt matter in Cosbys case i cant see how he will get more work with charges of this severity.

    With all the accusers, this should have been a slam dunk for the prosecution. They should be ashamed and embarrassed that they botched this case so badly.

    I've been saying this for a long time: People who get jury duty are the ones too stupid to get out of jury duty. There was at least one stupid juror that still viewed Bill Cosby as Dr. Huxtable instead of the rapist. His own statements from the prior case (where he admitted to giving women date rape drugs) should've made this a slam dunk. But, again, jurists are stupid.

    Date rape drugs weren't supposedly used like date rape drugs. anything can be a date rape drug if used to date rape. these cases happened years ago so they are hard to prove.
