    Imo Katy Perry isn't pretty enough to have short hair and still look feminine, unlike Emma Watson or Natalie Portman for instance when they both went short.

    I don't find either of those women remotely attractive with short hair. That said, I don't bag on them either.

    I think most girls look bad with that super red lipstick, Swift is about the only one I can think of that reasonably pulls it off. But the blue arch eye makeup is the real killer, no pun intended.
