    I actually like a lot of "power pop" music.
    Stuff like Matthew Sweet, Cheap Trick, Badfinger, Sloan, Jellyfish, etc.

    Sounds great, but I wouldn't want to see any of those dudes in a sheer bra.

    Ideally, you could watch a lot of today's pop artists with the mute button on and good music playing in the background.

    I dig them. Saw them a couple times a gazillion years ago when I was a teenager. I never saw so many cute girls in one place. They were seriously popular with high school chicks.

    I've been known to that on more than one occasion. It seems a lot of pop artists write their songs (or have them written) with the music video in mind, instead of the song itself. The result is cool imagery and soulless music.

    They are/were a fav of Lennon, Cobain, Joe Perry, Corgan, Foo Fighters and many legends

    Them in a convo with today's pop music is ridiculous

    I saw Cheap Trick and the Foo Fighters 2 years ago at Wrigley Field.

    Both bands kicked ass.
    Dave Grohl had a broken leg and was still awesome....
