    Why this arik3 isn´t banned already? He makes shitty upscaled clips that are always over 100mb and uses only uploaded! Is this section even moderated at all nowadays?
    How about creating rules for clips in this section? <576p 1500-2800kbps, 720p 2500-4500kbps, 1080p 5500-8000kbps 2160p 10000+! And sound 96-128kbps aac, mp3, ac3! We need to SEE the tits, not HEAR them!
    We don´t need 30sec 103mb upscaled vhs...
