Ah, sleep is a good thing.

 

you know i noticed as i age i need less and less sleep. I only need 7 hours now, not my usual 9 anymore.

 

I can't function with less than 7. I like between 8.5 and 9 to feel good the next morning.

But as you say, I'm a young'un compared to yourself

i need lots... i like naps too

 

and back for a few hours... see what the early evening is like for once.
fortunately that older-less-sleep-thing helps with having kids, since they destroy a normal schedule anyway

Rarely am I on here at this time, our kitchen is being rebuilt as we speak. Am heading out to a music festival in about 4 hours, will chill here and relax till then.

 

damn.....I'm LUCKY if I get 4-5 hours a day during the week. I may get 6-7 on the weekends.

maybe that's why I feel like shit most of the time.

yeah BR I'm in the same boat - this vacation has spoiled me, most nights I've gotten like 6-8.

 

I'm generally up until 12:00 a.m. most nights, maybe later, and up for work at 4:30 a.m. to miss the fuckin' traffic here in Atlanta.

 

that bites - one advantage to my nighttime schedule is I don't have to mess with the traffic or a commute...

 

I try to get on the road early enough where I DON'T have to deal with it........but I get fucked in the afternoon, generally a 1 1/2 - 2 hour ride home.
