    Sorry to hear about the problems,

    If you're using a Mac, stop using Stuffit (rubbish) and get UnrarX instead.

    Since it was a Monday night it's likely Rapidshare got overloaded and cut out your download before it finished hence the password doesn't unlock the corrupted file. The only solution is to redownload, this problem seems to be getting more common....
