Poor Paris, I hope she doesn't go to the big house. For the way she is use to living this would be cruel and unusual punishment

 

i agree that the Law is the same for everyone, but at times, these people in the Court just try to over react. Paris being a celebrity has become a big matter and a big news as well for media to use for grabbing eye balls.

I do not defend her and say that she isn't guilty, but i would say that this punishment is rather big for her. She was quite worried before her hearing and was evening saying that her career would end if she goes to Jail.

 

Fuck her. She needed someone to knock her off her high horse. I'm happy she's going to jail (why should she be any different?), but what I dread is when she gets out and makes a good chunk of change off of her "punishment."

 

Too harsh? Please! This bitch is outta control! She got caught driving on the suspended list multiple times even after she signed some kinda paper stating that she was fully aware that she is unlawfully allowed to drive! She violated probation! Not to mention the original infraction of driving while intoxicated, which puts other peoples lives at risk statistically more so then her own. A friend of mine is currently doing 3 months for violation of probation. I don't think that this sentence is stern at all! She is a rich, pampered, spoiled bitch who thinks that her money makes her less accountable for her actions, not to mention, above the law! Hopefully after spending some time in an "actual" prison, for which i applaud the judge btw, she will learn a valuable lesson. If u do the crime, u do the time. Just like any one of us "less fortunate". I seriously doubt that ANYTHING can penetrate that piece of granite that she calls a head but just maybe. Bottom line is if the skank can't handle the big house then she should adhere to the laws. Wow, now theres a concept for ya!

What's it going to take for her to deserve to go to jail? Killing somebody while drunk driving? LOCK HER UP!

I have read a news on TMZ that she will go to Governor Arnold for help in this case. He may help her to escape this. Lets see what happens
