    Tinted windows and missing license plates got Jessica pulled over yesterday while she was driving back from a gym session. Her excuse for the dark windows was to keep away the prying eyes of paparazzi. Public police records show has no evidence of a ticket being processed, but sources on the scene claim they definitely saw the officer hand her a citation. (source: TMZ)
