When a Hollywood gossip site posts that the Clintons are in possession of a secret drug that gives brain tumor, and that they used it against Ted Kennedy and John McCain, it's no longer just an entertainment site.
When the same gossip blog amplifies every accusation published on 4chan about James Gunn and Dan Harmon, and claims for weeks that they are both real-life child molesters or child porn collectors, it clearly sides with a particular community.
And when the site publishes several times a week blind items that put Steven Spielberg, David Geffen and a few other Jewish names at the center of a huge child molestation ring in Hollywood that's also responsible for dozens of murders (including Mark Salling) to keep all of it a secret (while the site itself can publish these stories without suffering any consequence...), it enters wish fulfillment territory for a very special crowd.

Also, remember that Josh Kushner, like most of his family, is a Democrat, and doesn't side politically with his own brother. In this situation, however, the blind items come mostly from the obsession of the site for Taylor Swift and the "power lesbians" who make her squad. It's as if she couldn't eat an apple or walk in the street without it being related to her sexuality.

 

Yup. Cara try to convert her as a lesb, I do think she has had secret relationship with Cara/Karlie but as for the guy being a smokescreen -- her whole career HAS been about finding her Prince charming, she does look in love with Joe. Its bogus.

Also: her girl squad was a sham to make her feel empowered, even Hailie Steinfeld said she was "never" a part of it.

Imo, I think she will settle down after the tour, and make a family.

 

It's a gossip site, tons of outlandish shit gets posted. It's Hollywood, tons of outlandish shit happens.

Also, being against Hollywood pedophilia isn't an alt-right stance. It is, I would hope, an 'everyone' stance. To me, it appears as if you're defending possible pedophiles from some vague notion you're both on the same side politically and are under attack. That it's being made up by the alt-right to destroy liberals. Correct me on this however necessary.

If 100% of the accusations were actually true and they kicked in everyone's door and rounded 100s of them up tomorrow morning, would that mean something to you politically? Why? It's doesn't. It's been happening for decades. This isn't about sides. If it appears like that it is to you I suggest getting some fresh air now and then.

 

Gunn and Harmon made the mistake of posting pseudo-edgy jokes about child molestation a decade ago. The guys on 4chan who browsed through the thousands of tweets they had posted have never believed for a second that they are child molesters. They were just trying to find any dirt that would land them in hot water, in retaliation for being vocal Trump opponents. This hasn't anything to do with fighting pedophilia (it's fucking 4chan we're talking about...) and everything with politics.
Then, other people can claim they're contributing to save children from molesters, but when it results in being obsessed about the imaginary basement of a Washington pizzeria, I don't think that a single actual child has actually been helped through this.

 

Wow, you're all over the place. Harmon and Gunn had nothing to do with Trump. I understand thats what the MSM claimed. They always claim that when attacked. There were several layers to the troll however. The most accessible one to explain was, in part, a reaction to Rosanne Barr's firing. Lefty social media drew a very clear line in the sand and then /pol/ was like "welp, lets see if they believe what they said or are just self-righteous hypocrites only interested protecting their team. will they defend hundreds of creepy pedo tweets?"
