    Lol, I was thinking the same thing.

    I remember an interview a few years back about her not wanting to do onscreen nudity. This marks the second set of candids of her running around topless. The other was a year or two back. She was topless stretching on a beach.

    Truth is, most of these girls either use nudity to break into the industry, get nominated for an oscar, or try and revive their careers. Obviously most of the Alba's of the world aren't nearly as shy and reserved as they might lead us to believe.

    In short, most are just saving their nudity for a payoff.

    She killed a kid with her car while talking on her cell phone. Of course, the kid was J-walking, and hispanic. Still, a less beautiful, less famous person, would have likely gone to jail. Luckily for her, she is rich, famous, hot, and the kid wasn't white.

    If you think I'm kidding, than you aren't too familiar with how things work in the states.

    Hell, had she been convicted, Bush likely would have pardoned her ass. ;)
