  2. Our gif only content threads have a rule where all thumbs must be posted as a static thumbnail that does not play. Currently imagebam made a change where they no longer produce static thumbs. Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    shareavenue seems to be quite a useful imagehost, btw..
    - max. image-size 15MB
    - uploads of 20 pics in a row
    - zip-upload possible (100MB)
    an you can decide yourself if you want to have the thumbs tagged (ruined?) with imagesize/resolution or not.
    a little after-upload-work needed, though, because the given links are not compatible to vbulletin. just replace "link" with "url" and things are fine.

    Thanks for the imagehost details too. Always looking for a good (stable) host of LARGE pics. How long have you used them, and have you seen them dump images or loose images yet?
